These delicious tiny edibles are nothing more than a very young version of their older counterparts. Depending on the variety, they're can be up to 40 times more nutritious then they would be if they were grown out.

 

Though they are small, these tiny greens are packed with flavor. Hues ranging from peppery to nutty, spicy to subtle. They make great additions to salads, or can be used as the salad base, on top of your favorite burger or paired with an aged steak. In addition to the great flavor and texture, you can be sure whenever microgreens are added, you're adding a pretty good shot of vitamins.

American Pride Microfarm was form on the premise of producing high quality ingredients for our community. We utilize the best seed, feed and soil available for an uncontested finished product.

 

As stewards of our farm and  community we wanted to provide local food employing beyond organic practices. By growing all of our products using sustainable practices provides mutually beneficial relationship between our clients, ourselves and our planet.

 

Located in Naperville, IL and can be found at several local markets through the season. We also  offer delivery to the surrounding area and because we grow indoors, we can produce all year long.
